Scope
This privacy policy applies to the User data collected by Savioursbadge Healthcare Private Limited viz., your name, e-mail address, , gender, date of birth, mobile number, passwords, Professional qualification details, Medical Council/ Practicing Licence No., Area of Practise, mobile phone information including contact numbers, SMS, call logs and browsing history, location, data and login-in credentials of Third Party Platforms (defined below), Social Id such as AADHAR Card/ PAN card/ Driving License/ Passport no., and other relevant details that you voluntarily choose to provide. You hereby consent to the collection of above information. Savioursbadge will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.
We collect from your mobile device a unique ID (where your device is an iPhone, we also collect the Apple-recommended CFUUID (the Core Foundation Universally Unique Identifier)) and you consent to the same by installation or use of the application.
We, M/s Savioursbadge Healthcare Private Limited (“Company”; “We”; “us”; “our”), a [Nature of Business] Company, have developed a mobile application “SAVIOURSBADGE”(“Application”/ “App”) through which you may store patients data, health information, follow up patients, facilitate meeting among medical professionals, share information among the medical professionals.
The Personal Information shall be collected through the mobile application form (“Mobile Application Form”) available on the Application or through third party platforms.
As part of the Services, you authorize us to import your details and Personal Information dispersed over Third Party Platforms.
You understand and acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to track your location (“Track”) during the provision of the Services.
You understand that you are required to pay for the subscription with a credit card, wire transfer or debit card for Services for which subscription amount(s) is/are payable. We will collect such User’s credit/debit card number and/or other financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information for the billing and payment processes, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit/debit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation. Verification of credit information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process. User’s credit-card/debit card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. However, Saviour Badge provides you an option not to save your payment details. User is advised, however, that internet technology is not full proof safe and User should exercise discretion on using the same.
User data
We shall use the User data in the following cases:
a) to provide you with the Services and to assist you in the event you need additional support;
b) to maintain and manage your User Account;
c) to assist you with technical difficulties that may arise in relation to your use and access of the Application;
d) to manage our relationship with you;
e) for analytics;
f) to comply with our legal or statutory obligations;
g) to contact you about important announcements and other important information about your User Account, the Application and the Services.

Your User Generated Content is not confidential or proprietary. You grant, and warrant that you have the right to grant us a non-exclusive, non-revocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your User Generated Content in any manner or media now or later developed, for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, including the right to translate, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, sublicense, distribute, assign and commercialize without any payment due to you.
Storage
We shall ensure that your confidential information is stored in our databases in an encrypted format with restricted access. In order to protect your Personal Information, we have implemented adequate security technology and will update these measures as new technology becomes available, as appropriate.
Email/SMS Communications
If you opted-in to receive information about our application, service, updates and offers, we will use your name and email address to send this information to you. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions contained in the emails you receive or on our website. Please note that we may send you transactional and relationship messages, even if you have unsubscribed from our marketing communications. For instance, if our service is going to be temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email to update you.
Data retention after closure of your account
If you wish to close your SAVIOURSBADGE account altogether, please let us know by submitting a request to drpc@savioursbadge.com . We may retain information about you in our databases for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and in accordance with applicable laws. Our retention and use of your information will be as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us, but it will be only as long as it is necessary for us to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that may arise later or for our commercial records. For example, we may need or be required to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity, protect ourselves against liability, permit us to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that we may sustain, or if we believe in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it. We may also retain the user information to provide you paramountservices if you re-open your account.Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting Personal Information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist even after deletion.
SECURITY
We value your Personal Information, and protect it on the Platform against loss, misuse or alteration by taking extensive security measures. In order to protect your Personal Information, we have implemented adequate technology and will update these measures as new technology becomes available, as appropriate. All Personal Information is securely stored on a secure cloud setup and all communication happens via industry standards Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) communication channels. The Personal Information is stored on Google cloud. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of any Personal Information transmitted as our systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible and we take no liabilities or responsibilities for it.
You are responsible for all actions that take place under your User Account. If you choose to share your User Account details and password or any Personal Information with third parties, you are solely responsible for the same. If you lose control of your User Account, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions.
Access to information
We will respond to your request about access to the information we collect about you within the time frame required by applicable law.The following persons may have access to the user data:
a) Administrators: We shall provide access to your Personal information to our authorized administrators for business purposes, who shall be under confidentiality obligations towards the same.
b) Affiliates: We may provide Personal Information we collect to our affiliates. For example, we may disclose Personal Information to our affiliates in order to respond to your requests for information or the Services, or to help limit your receipt of marketing materials you have requested not to receive.

You shall be responsible for the content and information contained in any Feedback shared by you through the Platform or otherwise to us, including without limitation for its truthfulness and accuracy. Sharing your Feedback with us, constitutes an assignment to us of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Feedback and you authorize us to use the Feedback for any purpose, which we may deem fit.
Limitation of liability

You expressly understand and agree that M/s Savioursbadge Healthcare Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, information, details or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your Personal Information.
Changes to this policy
We may make changes to this Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy. If we make material changes, we will do so in accordance with applicable legal requirements, and we will post a notice on the application alerting you to the material changes prior to such changes becoming effective. a) This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of India and courts of law at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
b) In case you need to access, review, and/or make changes to the Personal Information, you shall have to login to your User Account and change the requisite details. You shall keep your Personal Information updated to help us better serve you.
c) Our Application may include links to other websites or online services, whose privacy practices may differ from those of us. If you submit information to any of those websites or online services, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.
d) When you use our application, we use action tags (also called pixel tags, clear GIF, or beacons) to identify the content that you visit and how you use such content. Action tags may collect and transmit this data in a manner that identifies you if you have registered with our application, or are logged into our application. We also use action tags in our emails, to determine whether an email was opened or whether it was forwarded to someone else. When you use our apps, we use action tags where you are accessing websites from links in our mobile apps. These may identify the pages that you visit and how you use the content on those pages.
e) You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and accuracy of your password, email address, and other account information at all times. We recommend a strong password that you do not use with other services. We are not responsible for personal data transmitted to a third party as a result of an incorrect email address.
